Our Classes

play to learn, learn to play!

Simply Sunshine provides both indoor and outdoor play based experiences as a fundamental part of our program. Children’s play is necessary for development and moments will arise when they discover something that interests them. Staff plan a diverse range of experiences to create opportunities for both structured and spontaneous play focused on the physical, emotional/social, sensory and cognitive developmental areas of each child. Children learn through their own experiences using trial and error, repetition, imitation and identification. Staff, then build on these experiences to support children’s growth and learning.

Routines and Programs are displayed in each room for families to view each day. Families are invited and encouraged to discuss the program, experiences and developmental outcomes achieved that are included within our programs.

Simply Sunshine’s Learning Journey is committed to provide the necessary basics for future learning and development. Continually planning, documenting and evaluating children’s learning to ensure each child is receiving the best possible outcomes through the delivery of our educational program to support their emotional, social and cognitive development whilst having fun.
